Information for registering for the GFC race HESSEFLAT in DIEDENBERGEN.
The organizer is the MSC Diedenbergen. The following regulations were set by the MSC:
Entry fee for the race on July 27, 2025: € 75 (double starter + € 20)
Entry fee for training on July 26, 2025: € 35
ATTENTION: Members of the German Flattrack Association or the MSC Diedenbergen receive a discount of € 10 on the total amount (membership in the German Flattrack Association: https://germanflattrack.com/ )
Minimum limit of drivers: 40 driver entries. If the minimum limit is not met, the weekend will be converted into a training camp.
The registration deadline is May 16, 2025.
If drivers cancel, there will be no refund of the entry fee. But there is the option of providing a replacement driver in good time (at least four days before the event). An addition to this: This rule applies to all races in the German Flattrack Cup. A racing series can only be carried out on a long-term basis, both financially and organizationally, if there is a certain level of commitment to the registrations. This is in the interest of the organizers, the German Flattracks Association and ultimately also the drivers, who are interested in a reliable process.
Cancellation by the organizer (weather): Either an alternative date (refund for drivers who cannot make the date) or refund of the entry fee.
Drivers/participants can park and camp in the paddock on the track. The parking spaces are on the lawn behind the clubhouse (signposted). You can arrive the evening before. There is NO local electricity supply for campers, the toilets in the clubhouse will remain open at night.
Please use the garbage cans provided, please note: no open fires are permitted.
The motorcycles must be parked on an oil-proof mat!!
Visitor parking: Coming from the town, this is to the right behind the track, the track can be reached very quickly via a gate in the rear fence.
Parking spaces for officials/disabled people and motorcycles can be found on the asphalt parking lot directly at or in front of the clubhouse.
Admission:
The training on Friday is free for spectators. Admission on race day is €10, children under 12 are free. Each registered driver receives free admission with two mechanics/accompanying persons. Additional people must pay admission on Saturday.

The closing date for entries is May 16th.
A corresponding confirmation will be sent after the closing date for entries or as soon as it can be seen whether and to what extent sufficient registrations have been made for the respective starting classes.
Please note that if underage children want to start, BOTH legal guardians must have signed the entry/registration.
