Nice to have you here! On this page you can register for the HESSEFLAT race in DIEDENBERGEN on May 30/31, 2025. A race as part of the GERMAN FLATTRACK CUP.

The organizer is the MSC Diedenbergen. The following regulations were set by the MSC:
Entry fee for the race on May 31, 2025: € 75 (double starter + € 20)
Entry fee for training on May 30, 2025: € 35

Minimum limit of drivers: 40 driver entries. If the minimum limit is not met, the weekend will be converted into a training camp.
The closing date for entries is May 18, 2025
If drivers cancel, there will be no refund of the entry or registration fees. But of course there is the option of providing a replacement driver in good time (at least four days before the event). The following note from the German Flattrack Association and the race organizers: This regulation applies to all races in the German Flattrack Cup. A race series can only be carried out on a long-term basis, both financially and organizationally, if there is a certain level of commitment to registrations. This is in the interest of the organizers, the German Flattrack Association and ultimately also the drivers, who are interested in a reliable process and a long-term organization of the cup. (In cases of long-term injuries that prevent general participation in long-term booked races, there are of course exceptions. The rule is primarily intended to make last-minute cancellations due to “unwillingness” or “weather” more difficult, as these make race organization more difficult/preventive for the participating drivers.)
Cancellation by the organizer (weather): Either an alternative date (refund for drivers who cannot attend the event) or a refund of the entry fee.
